Application:
560 dtex fabric impresses with a balanced combination of tear resistance, abrasion resistance and versatility.
These properties make the fabric the ideal choice for the manufacture of rucksacks, bags, tactical vests and plate carriers. The material offers high resilience combined with good workability and is therefore a popular choice for equipment that needs to be reliable and durable.
560 dtex fabric is also used as a protective material in clothing production - for example in the elbows, shoulders or knees - wherever clothing is exposed to additional wear and tear.
The material is very easy to work with and is particularly suitable for MYOG (Make Your Own Gear) and DIY projects, as it can be easily sewn on a domestic sewing machine. For special cuts, processing techniques and tips on working with the fabric, we recommend taking a look at our YouTube channel, where we show various applications and provide helpful insights into the properties and possible uses of 560 dtex fabric.
For processing 560 dtex fabric on the Veritas Power Stitch Pro, we recommend a maximum processing of 6 layers in combination with the Gütermann Mara 70.
