Brookwood SQUADRON® in MultiCam® Arid is a high-quality laser-cut laminate designed for professional tactical equipment. The material combines a 500 Denier Nylon face in MultiCam® Arid with a solution-dyed 1000 Denier Nylon backing in Coyote Brown. This construction provides excellent abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, and optimal processability.
SQUADRON® has been specifically developed for modern laser-cut applications. The laminate can be precisely cut using CO2 lasers, producing clean, sealed edges with minimal fraying. This makes the material particularly suitable for laser-cut MOLLE systems as well as complex contours and cut-outs.
The robust construction makes Brookwood SQUADRON® an ideal choice for plate carriers, chest rigs, battle belts, pouches, holsters, backpacks, and other military, law enforcement, and outdoor applications. The solution-dyed 1000 Denier Nylon backing in Coyote Brown provides excellent color and UV resistance as well as a consistently uniform appearance even under intensive use.
In addition, the material is suitable for laser engraving logos, production markings, or serial numbers. This can help streamline manufacturing processes and enable clear identification of individual components.
