We process and ship your orders from Monday till Friday, except for German bank holidays, as our forwarder UPS will not pick up on these days.
Pick-up time for UPS is 1300hrs CET. Orders received and paid by 1000hrs CET usually ship out the same day, given that all items in stock, no oversize packaging or other exceptions apply.
Order confirmation, Payment Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation incl. UPS package tracking numbers are sent out automatically via email.

We charge € 7,00 flat rate shipping within Germany (DHL Package).
For all other countries and destinations you will find their respective shipping cost zones and the price for each zone below.
